DIABETES CONVERSATIONS:
A support group for individuals living with diabetes. Diabetes Conversations is a bi-monthly support group program for individuals living with diabetes. The program is FREE and open to the public. Conversations are facilitated by certified diabetes educators from the Jordan Hospital Diabetes Education Program and provide an opportunity to share personal experiences, both success stories and frustrations, as well as discussion of new medications and advances in treatment. Guest speakers will be invited on occasion.
