This is a strength conditioning class where you will work all of your major muscle groups in 30 minutes using your body weight, dumbbells & resistance bands. Resistance training is important for everyone, not only will it make you stronger but gaining muscle will help you burn more calories and feel better...who doesn’t want that!
The class is structured to mainly focused on basic exercises: lunges, squats, presses, rows, etc. As the 6 weeks progress additional exercises like planks and push-ups or a cardio element will be added to make class more challenging.
**Please bring a Yoga mat with you to every class.
